LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Spectrum King LED products are warranted against defective materials and/or workmanship for 3 years on the light engine to retain 90% or better of its original light output and 5 years on all other materials and workmanship. In the event of defective materials and/or workmanship, Spectrum King LED will, without charge for parts or labor, repair or replace, at its option, the defective product within 30 days from receipt of the defective product during its prescribed warranty period. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper care, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or any obvious signs of tampering, which includes but is not limited to improper installation, improper use, and/or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or improper packaging and shipping of the light back to Spectrum King LED, etc.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with any Spectrum King LED lights for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the original purchase date. In order to return Spectrum King LED products you will need an RMA number – An RMA Number can only be issued by Spectrum King LED. Please submit a request for your RMA number by contacting your sales rep or by calling our office during regular business hours. You may also submit your request online.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping fees, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damaged or lost returns. Please be sure to ship your returns back with tracking and insurance as Spectrum King LED are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Any products returned after 30 days and before 90 days from date of receipt will be susceptible to a 15-35% restocking fee depending upon the condition of the light, its contents and packaging. After 90 days all sales are considered final.
Shipping damage and defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment receipt (not including weekends and holidays).
Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. If your product has not yet shipped, it can be canceled at no charge. Once your item/s ship and you attempt to cancel your order then a 10% restocking fee will apply and any shipping charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
