If you are unsatisfied with any Spectrum King LED lights for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the original purchase date. In order to return Spectrum King LED products you will need an RMA number – An RMA Number can only be issued by Spectrum King LED. Please submit a request for your RMA number by contacting your sales rep or by calling our office during regular business hours. You may also submit your request online.

– A Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA Form) must be requested from Spectrum King LED.
– Spectrum King LED will review the information you provided and respond to you within 5 business days.
– Once your request is accepted we will issue you an RMA number.
– Shipping is only covered on items that fall within the 30 Day grace period. If your product has passed the 30 Day grace period for RMA returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
– You will receive a form to complete your request and provide us with additional information.
– Prior to shipping your product, please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the package or inside the package.
– The package must be shipped within 3 days of receiving your RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the door.
– Upon inspection, any lights that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the housing opened are not returnable and will have warranty status voided.
– “Damaged” includes but is not limited to water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection.
– For any warranty repair returns requesting a refund, the purchaser must contact Spectrum King LED within the first 30 days from receipt of product.

In order to expedite your RMA it is crucial to include in the form below information such as:
– Invoice/Order #
– Product Name & Serial Number
– Cord Type (120V or 240V)if applicable
– Total amperage load the lights are plugged into
– In the body of the RMA form please explain your situation as completely as you can.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping fees, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damaged or lost returns. Please be sure to ship your returns back with tracking and insurance as Spectrum King LED are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Any products returned after 30 days and before 90 days from date of receipt will be susceptible to a 15-35% restocking fee depending upon the condition of the light, its contents and packaging. After 90 days all sales are considered final.

Shipping Damage
Shipping damage and defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment receipt.
